A team effort

Preventative care requires a team effort. Regular examinations can help detect any potential problems before they become more serious, time consuming and costly to fix. Detecting these issues early helps preventing and reducing the risk of tooth decay, gum disease and other oral problems. Our professional team will assist you in developing an oral hygiene routine to help maintain your oral health.

Check-up and clean include:

  • Examining all of your teeth and gums, soft tissues in and around your mouth.
  • Scaling and polishing your teeth to remove plaque and tartar build up and help reduce gum inflammation. Inflamed gums may expose dentin which can easily decay. Inflamed gums can cause bad breath, gum disease and possible bone loss.
  • Radiographic examination if required with your permission. Radiographs allows your dentist to see if there are any issues between your teeth and under the gums to check the roots and your bone. It is an important tool in the diagnosis and management of many dental conditions.

Regular visits to your dentist in combination with daily oral hygiene routine at home (brushing and flossing), will help keep your teeth and gums healthy for your wellbeing. Our friendly team can assist you with any enquiries. Contact us today.
