As well as addressing any dental concerns you may have, your first appointment is also our opportunity to get to know you.
We kindly ask you come in 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete your medical history form. Your medical history form will provide us details which may impact on the dental care you receive.
Any information provided to Lyneham Dental Care will be kept entirely confidential.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask you to provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Patients who give less than 24 hours' notice and who fail to turn up to a scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance may be charged the cost of the missed consultation.
Consultation fees are payable in full at the end of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard credit cards, cash and cheque.
Lyneham Dental Care provides instant health fund claims through the HICAPS system.
With us at Lyneham Dental Care, you can claim on the spot heath fund benefits through the HICAPS system at the time of payment.
The health fund benefit amount will be deducted from the overall treatment charge so you only need to pay the difference (gap). You no longer have to go to your health fund to claim your refund.
Please bring your private health care fund card to your appointment.
We are currently following the Australian Dental Association and the ACT Government Guidelines and treating emergencies only at least until the 1st of May. We will continue to assess and address the COVID-19 situation as it evolves.
During April, one of our dedicated and highly experienced dentists, Dr Stuart Long, is available for you by appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays 9am - 4pm (excluding public holidays).
